2. Age Requirements
Celebrate My Teacher is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old.
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register accounts, create teacher profiles, purchase access to payment information, or otherwise use the platform.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18.
If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete associated personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

- Records identifying which teachers’ payment information a supporter has unlocked

5. Public Teacher Profiles
Teachers voluntarily create profiles containing information about their professional teaching history.

Teachers should avoid including sensitive personal information in publicly visible profile fields.
Celebrate My Teacher may review teacher profiles for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with website policies.
6. Teacher Payment Information and Access Restrictions
Teachers may voluntarily provide Venmo or Zelle information to receive appreciation gifts directly from supporters.
This information is not intended to be publicly displayed in the teacher directory.
Supporters must register, log in, and successfully purchase the applicable one-time $1 access before viewing a teacher’s available payment information.
Supporters cannot purchase access until the teacher has provided at least one valid, supported payment method.
Once access is purchased, the supporter may continue viewing that teacher’s available payment information through their account, subject to account eligibility and the continued availability of the teacher’s profile.
Teachers and authorized website administrators may also access teacher payment information as necessary.
Teachers may update or remove their payment information through their profiles.
Important: Once payment information has been revealed to an authorized supporter, Celebrate My Teacher cannot guarantee that the supporter has not copied or retained that information.
7. Payment Processing
Celebrate My Teacher charges supporters a one-time $1 access fee per teacher.
Access-fee transactions are processed through PayPal when live payment services are enabled.
PayPal may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy.
Celebrate My Teacher maintains transaction records necessary to confirm payments and provide account-based access.
Appreciation gifts are separate from the $1 access fee.
Gifts are sent directly between supporters and teachers through services such as Venmo or Zelle.
Celebrate My Teacher does not collect, hold, or distribute appreciation gifts.
8. How Information May Be Shared
We may share personal information in the following circumstances:
With Other Users: Public teacher profile information is available to website visitors. Teacher payment information is available to authorized supporters who have unlocked access.
With Service Providers: We may share information with hosting providers, payment processors, email service providers, and other vendors as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website.
For Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity.
